The GenussGipfel is Germany’s leading trade fair for delicatessen products. Launched 20 years ago on the initiative of the Corpus Culinario association, it essentially comprises small artisans and producers of high quality food products. Each year, this fair has around 70 exhibitors and 300 German trade visitors, including:

- delicatessen owners

- buyers in the gastronomy and hotel sector

- buyers from luxury department stores
